MG is in his third stage of swimming classes, which means for the last six months or so I have been baring my swimsuit body first thing on a saturday morning. Sometimes I wear my bikini, not always a headline sight, but it’s my body and the squashy mum tum and stretch marks (feint but still there) are all worth the joy of having my son.
On my ‘fat’ days I wear a comforting control swimsuit. I love them, much like control dresses, knickers, trousers…the list goes on, ‘magic’ swimwear uses discreet panelling to streamline your silhouette and smooth off any lumps and bumbs. There’s a treasure trove of glamorous buys that will sculpt, support and give you all the va va voom of a classic pin up. So, don’t let your mum tum or any other post-baby hang ups get in the way of enjoying beach body confidence. Here’s my favourite to celebrate your mama curves in and out of the water.
